Al Dhafra Technical Services (ADTS) is a leading provider of Oil & Gas Operations, Logistics, and Manpower Services in the UAE. Originating from the Al Dhafra Cooperation Society (ADCS) and Delma Co-operative Society (DCS), established early 1980s under an Amiri Decree by Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the organizations aimed to improve the economic and social conditions of Abu Dhabi’s western region.

Over time, business activitites expanded to include oil and gas field services, providing logistics, machinery operation, and manpower services. In November 2024, Al Dhafra Technical Services (ADTS) was formed following the merger of Al Dhafra, Delma, and Al Ain Cooperative Societies into “MAIR Group,” with a focus on serving the industrial and energy sectors in the UAE.
