Originated from the Al Dhafra Cooperation Society (ADCS) and Delma Co-operative Society (DCS), established in 1976 and 1981 under an Amiri Decree by Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the organizations aimed to driving economic growth and fostering social development of Abu Dhabi Western Region.
Over time, business activities expanded to include oil and gas field services, providing logistics, machinery operation, and manpower services. In November 2024, Al Dhafra Technical Services (ADTS) was formed with a focus on serving the industrial and energy sectors in the UAE.
